Charles is a commiserate professional and the best inspector I have had the pleasure of working with. He was thorough and had a fantastic conversation with me prior to the inspection to address any concerns that I had before he did the survey. Clearly he had my best intentions from day one and was not wrapped up in the politics and buddy-buddy relationships that are so fervent in the real estate community.
